Colin likes to keep changing and trying new things at work and at home, so when not in the ‘office’ he might be writing stories, learning to surf or trying not to fall off his motorbike.

With over 20 years' experience in Change Management and a qualified Programme Manager, Raylene believes that the not so secret ingredient for making change successful is people. Her change specialisms are Agile Change Management Creative communication and Discovery and Strategy Development
When not working…
Outside of work Ray and her family love nothing more than hitting the slopes. She is also re-learning the guitar after a 25 year break and trying to grow more than just tomatoes in her garden! Ray is also a vice chair on a school board of governors.

With a mixture of business and consultancy roles in Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Facilities, Mel is deeply experienced in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. Her specialisms are designing and deploying high engagement change programmes across diverse cultural and geographical groups, creating strong effective Governance and building engagement through inclusivity and the exploration of diverse ideas and viewpoints.

Mel loves walking with her dogs in the beautiful British countryside, camping within striking distance of a beach, cooking up a feast and sharing it with a crowd, hanging out with her two grown up kids and following her creative hobbies which usually involves a ball or two of yarn.










Martin has worked extensively within large organisations as a people and change specialist. He has supported global systems integration, major restructures and culture change. He has also worked with leadership teams on their development as well as leading management development programmes. His passion is learning new ideas and introducing them to clients to see what difference they can bring. His industry experience includes Oil and Gas, Life Sciences, Aviation, Utilities, Telecoms, Car manufacturing, and the NHS.
When not working…
Martin loves improving his cooking by trying out new recipes and ingredients. He support the music industry by going to concerts, and buying vinyl and listens to podcasts to open up his mind to what’s going on the world. And of course spends time with family and friends.

With over 30 years of administration, bookkeeping and payroll experience, Sarah has worked across a wide range of industries. Sarah has been working with James & Carmichael for the past 11 years within the administration and finance functions, helping to build good relationships with clients and supporting the team to maintain a good business workflow.
When not working…
Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cycling and running but spends most of her time renovating her Cornish cottage! She also volunteers in a finance role on the Management Committee of a local children’s nursery.

Lori has 18+ years as a consultant in communication coaching, at all levels of business, in varied sectors. A dual background in performing arts and business helps her engage with people to understand what they need to have greater professional impact. Lori has accreditation in NLP and colour psychology tools which form the basis of her work.

Lori likes to enjoy the countryside where she lives, crochets, cooks, sings opera and socialises, and spends time with her menagerie of animals.

Scott’s biggest learning on change management has been that you can never under estimate how wrong you can be about someone. He specializes in Organisational behavioural transformation, translating strategy into implementation process redesign and patterns.
His greatest achievements so far have been staying 7 years in one contract, resulting in him becoming the interim Commercial Director, and representing the Republic of Ireland in discussions with Northern Irish business organisations about working together.
When not working…
Scott likes to attend open mic sessions, play guitar, motorbikes and travelling.

Russ’s biggest learning in Change Management is that you normally have to slow down to speed up, listening intently to those who are telling us that ‘it won’t work’. Context is everything.
Russ’s specialisms are change strategy, the development and design of the change approach to deliver the maximum outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness, working with people in the impacted businesses to understand the effects of the change(s) and to articulate what needs to be done to deliver success.
When not working…
Russ likes to spend active time with his family, and time just chilling out. Cooking and eating good food, from around the world, with family and great friends. He also plays and sings in a band.

Highly personable and with strong communication and problem-solving skills, Jennifer’s background in psychotherapy and marketing, coupled with her Masters’ in Business Administration offers unique experience, support and efficacy to employee engagement and change management programmes.

Jennifer plays an active role in her local community, supporting with event marketing and managing a group of local event volunteers. In her free time, she enjoys baking and walking her Golden Retriever around the countryside.

After 20 years spent as a programme manager deploying IT projects in various countries and industries, Pierre realised that he was more interested in developing people than technology. He then retrained as a coach and a change manager.

Outside of work, Pierre likes swimming, cycling, skiing, surfing and… motorbikes! And at home, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading but also playing “Real Time Strategy” video games!

Kieli is passionate about using design to engage with audiences and to communicate a brand’s personality and its values. With expertise across brand creation and development, signage and environmental graphics, print and digital, she is dedicated to finding the right words, tiny details and engaging visuals in order to create great design that inspires people, and gets results.
When not working…
You’ll probably find Kieli on a netball court, paddleboarding around the Essex coast or working out which room to pull apart next in her DIY house renovations.

Libby has almost 20 years’ of internal and external communications experience across a broad range of industries from infrastructure services to healthcare and many things in between. She is passionate about the importance of effective communications in any change programme and is a specialist in creative story telling.
When not working…
Outside work Libby enjoys (if enjoys is the right word!) cold water swimming and, when she’s not acting as a taxi service to her two boys, can often be found in the sea off the south coast with a local group of open water swimmers. She also loves the theatre and live music, and in 2022 she plans to make up for all the shows and gigs she missed over the last two years!
